Mobility & Strength for Every Older Adult
Elder Ease Therapy specialises in delivering mobility, strength and falls-prevention programmes for older adults. Our sessions focus on functional strength, balance and movement, while also supporting individuals recovering from injury, illness or reduced mobility through post-rehabilitation exercise. With backgrounds in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation and NHS experience, every session is carefully structured and adapted to suit a range of abilities.

We currently deliver sessions in care settings and at home across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire only. Get in touch to confirm availability for your location.
All sessions are led by qualified exercise professionals with backgrounds in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation and NHS experience. Every session is designed to be safe, adaptable and suitable for a wide range of mobility levels.
Sessions use light equipment such as resistance bands and balls to make exercises engaging and effective. Participants take part from seated or standing positions depending on ability.
Group mobility sessions are £100 per session (up to 10 participants). Individual 1:1 sessions are £65 per session, available in care settings or at home. Sessions run for 45 minutes.
