About Elder Ease Therapy
Helping Older Adults Move With Confidence
Elder Ease Therapy was founded through first-hand experience working with older adults in the NHS, where we saw just how important regular movement and physical activity are in maintaining health, independence and quality of life.
Our Mission
Keeping Older Adults Active & Independent
We recognise that many older adults don't always have access to consistent, structured exercise, which can lead to reduced mobility, increased risk of falls, and a loss of confidence. Our aim is simple — to help individuals stay active, feel stronger, and move with confidence through safe, engaging sessions focused on mobility, strength, and falls prevention.
- Backgrounds in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation
